Therapy designed just for you…
This is where you’ll find a peaceful haven for your sensitive soul.
You feel like you’re riding a rollercoaster of frustration and overwhelm. Your brain is like a squirrel at a disco party, and you feel pulled in a million different directions.
Perfectionism and self-criticism show up uninvited as you wrestle with disorganization and a lack of motivation.
Stories from the past seem to play in your mind on repeat.
You’re just. so. damn. tired.
It’s EXHAUSTING living this way…
I can help.
Hi, I’m Sera.
As a neurodivergent therapist with ADHD, I understand these struggles in a very real way.
I help people just like you discover how to let go of the past, release overwhelm and take back control of their lives.
Specialties
ADHD
ADHD impacts all areas of life - work, home, family, friendships…everything. Therapy for ADHD gives you a space to develop systems to make life more manageable, understand the way your brain works, and unravel the shame and self-criticism you’ve been feeling you’re whole life.
Highly Sensitive People (HSP)
Therapy for HSPs offers a nurturing space where sensitivity is honored, not dismissed. It empowers individuals to embrace their unique gifts, navigate overwhelm with greater ease, and build resilience, leading to a deeper sense of self-acceptance and fulfillment.
Trauma & PTSD
Trauma therapy is about so much more than healing from the past. It's about reclaiming your power and finding resilience you never knew you had. It's a journey of healing where every step forward brings you closer to a life filled with strength, hope, and possibility.
EMDR Therapy for ADHD and Trauma in Arizona
EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is like a mental reset button. Imagine your brain is like a library with shelves full of books, each representing a memory or experience. Sometimes, painful memories get stuck in the wrong place, causing distress.
EMDR helps your brain reorganize these memories, like rearranging books on shelves, so they're less upsetting. It does this by using gentle techniques, like tapping or eye movements, to help your brain process these memories in a healthier way, making them feel less intense and easier to manage.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Therapist, I’m passionate about helping clients find lasting relief from painful experiences.
READY TO START OUR WORK TOGETHER?
Here’s how it works…
1. Schedule a FREE 15-Minute Consultation
I’m currently accepting new clients, and I have appointments available on weekday mornings! The consultation call is the perfect place for you to ask any questions you have, and I can explain more about how I work. This is a time set aside just for you that helps us decide if we’d be a good fit to work together.
2. Intake Appointment & Goal Setting
Your first appointment will be focused on sharing about your history (to the extent that you feel comfortable) and each of us getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s causing you the most stress and set specific goals for our work together. If you plan to seek reimbursement from your insurance company for out-of-network benefits, we’ll discuss a diagnosis (a diagnosis is required with insurance). If you’re not using out-of-network benefits, a diagnosis is not required.
3. Regular Therapy Sessions
Once we’ve determined your goals together, we’ll start our regular therapy sessions. I recommend weekly sessions when we begin our work. This helps us to build trust and gain traction so you can start to feel relief as soon as possible. Sometimes it’s appropriate to meet every other week. The frequency of sessions all depends on what your goals - we can talk more about it in your consultation call!
